Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Pykero (LEGAL_ENTITY not set) (LEGAL_ADDRESS not set) for the use of MediaOps. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

What the service does

MediaOps turns a short description into social content: it writes a script, designs and renders scenes, scores audio, and can publish the result to an account you connect. The writing and review steps are done by a large language model, and the render is done by our own engine.

Your account

  • Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
  • One account is for one person or one organisation. Do not share credentials or resell access.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Credits and payment

  • Work is paid for in credits: 10 for a new piece, 2 for a change by chat, and so on, as listed on the pricing page. Every new account gets 20 credits with no card.
  • Credits are taken when the work starts. If it fails for a reason on our side, they go back automatically.
  • Credits bought in a pack do not expire. Credits included with a monthly plan are granted each month and do not roll over.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax we must add. Payment is taken by Stripe.
  • A monthly plan renews until you cancel, which you can do at any time; it then runs to the end of the period already paid for. Unused credits are not refunded when you cancel. Beyond your statutory rights, payments are not refundable, though if something goes properly wrong we would rather fix it than argue: write to us.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to account holders. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Who owns what

  • Your material stays yours. Your prompts, logos, photos, screenshots, brand kits and text remain your property. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that material, pass it to the processors named in our privacy policy, and produce the content you asked for.
  • What you make is yours. You own the pieces the service renders for you and may use them commercially, including after you stop paying. We claim no licence over them except the right to store and serve them back to you while your account exists.
  • The service stays ours. The software, scene designs, sound kits, prompts and engine are ours and are licensed to you, not sold. Do not copy, decompile or resell them, and do not use the service to build a competing product.
  • Similar output. Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique, and another client’s piece may resemble yours. We cannot promise any output is free of third-party rights, so check anything you intend to publish widely.

What you must not do

  • Upload material you have no right to use, or anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or deceptive.
  • Make content that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that is designed to mislead about who is speaking.
  • Break the platform rules of any account you connect, or publish through us in a way that would get that account suspended.
  • Work around credit limits or rate limits, probe or disrupt the service, or use it to generate bulk spam.
  • Pass the service, or its output at scale, to anyone training a competing model.

What you are responsible for

You decide what to publish. A language model can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong: it may invent a claim, misstate a price, mangle a name or produce copy that does not suit your market. Read every piece before it goes out. Claims about your own product, and compliance with advertising law wherever you post, are yours to get right.

Availability

We work to keep MediaOps running but do not promise any particular uptime. Rendering is queued work and can take minutes, longer when the queue is busy. We may change, pause or withdraw features; if we withdraw something you depend on, or shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export what you have made.

Third parties

Parts of the service depend on Anthropic, Stripe, Meta, Google and our hosting provider. When one of them changes its rules, its prices or its API, we may have to change the service to match, including removing a feature. An account you connect stays subject to that platform’s own terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. If you do not, you may close your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of LEGAL_JURISDICTION not set, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
